Majid Al Futtaim’s shopping malls in Oman - City Centre Muscat and City Centre Qurum celebrate Mother’s Day with thoughtful surprises on March 20-21, 2015.

Mothers visiting City Centre Muscat and City Centre Qurum will receive special treats in the form of a heart-shaped gift pack. Mall staff will be on the lookout for families over the Mother’s day weekend, picking out lucky mothers and surprising them with these special gifts.

In addition to the Mother’s Day surprise, social media enthusiasts will have the chance to share a special moment with their mothers, wherever they are in the world. Facebook fans can create personalised post cards on a dedicated application called ‘Dear Mom,’ which will then be sent via post within the city or abroad. City Centre Muscat and City Centre Qurum will print and mail out all local and international requests to ensure they reach mothers worldwide.

“Mothers definitely deserve to have a special day dedicated to them, and we honour the occasion by giving them special treats. Through our themed activities online and offline, we also give sons and daughters a chance to reconnect and create a special memory even for those whose mothers are living abroad,” said Husam Al Mandhari, Senior Mall Manager for City Centre Muscat.
